11th Month Home Warranty Inspection

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on their new construction homes. Our 11th-Month Home Warranty inspection is a full, detailed home inspection performed before that warranty runs out. Getting to the end of the warranty period means you no longer have guaranteed protection for material defects. Home repairs can be costly, so it’s best to take advantage of a warranty if you have it. Identifying repairs before your warranty period expires could save you thousands of dollars!

During your home warranty inspection, we will inspect all major systems and components of your home, following our rigorous standard of practice. Through our visual, non-invasive inspection, we will use specialized tools, like thermal cameras, to find hidden defects. We will gather this information in an easy-to-read report. The findings in the report will allow you to submit a claim and get repairs paid for by the builder before your warranty runs out.
